Process Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Process Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Business Process Manager. This crucial role ensures seamless administrative operations, enabling our managed services teams to function efficiently and deliver exceptional service to clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in productivity tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client-facing communications and follow processes meticulously.
A diploma or degree in administration, business management, or a related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in an administrative role. Key skills include analytical skills, collaboration, client-focused orientation, and a process-oriented mindset.

As a Process Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Business Process Manager

- Coordinating service delivery activities and SMO tooling system support
- Managing client and internal communications
- Supporting service delivery process improvement initiatives
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
