Job Description:

The ideal candidate will lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional dishes and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to the Demi-Chef De Partie team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items and seasonal specials that showcase local ingredients.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Manage daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistent high-quality dishes, adhering to health and safety standards.

Main Requirements:

  • Culinary Certificate/Diploma or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi-Chef De Partie in a high-end establishment;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills;
  • Able to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments;
  • Familiarity with local ingredient sourcing and sustainable practices;
  • Proficiency in managing kitchen budgets and inventory control systems;
  • Comfortable dealing with very distinguished clientele and maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
