Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Kitchen Operations to join our team at IntelliStaff. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for leading and managing a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring timely and consistent preparation of high-quality dishes.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu items and specials.
  • Kitchen Efficiency: Implement efficient systems and processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of junior kitchen staff, providing training, support, and feedback to help them develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen, preferably in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
  • Experience managing a kitchen section and leading a small team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding food and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
