We are seeking a Territory Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the Mining sector. As a key member of our organization, you will take ownership of market share for Hilti products, utilizing all elements of our sales process to effectively analyze, implement, and control opportunities within your assigned territory.
Your primary focus will be on developing fruitful working relationships with partners, contractors, system integrators, and end-users, actively managing and developing the growth of key products within the sales territory. You will demonstrate, service, train, and test Hilti products as needed and obtain information on competition, market price levels, new launches, seminars, and report in monthly reviews. You must have a thorough understanding of the market, its players, and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve defined targets for the assigned territory or market segment.
- Build strong relationships with customers, including partners, contractors, and end-users.
- Manage and develop the growth of key products within the sales territory.
- Demonstrate, service, train, and test Hilti products as needed.
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor analysis, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Relevant sales/direct technical sales experience in the Mining or Construction/Heavy Duty Industry is essential.
- Proficiency in SFDC or SAP CRM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting performance targets.
