Sales Performance Lead Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Lead to drive business growth in Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and closing sales opportunities indirectly with customers in their assigned market territory.

This role requires regular travel for face-to-face customer and partner engagements. The Sales Performance Lead will work closely with the partner sales community to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell and close transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets
  • Leverage partner channels to identify and close sales with end customers
  • Cold calling to develop sales activities with new mid-market and enterprise scale end users
  • Upsell and cross-sell to the existing customer base with the renewals team
  • Create and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and account details in Sales Force
  • Propose and coordinate marketing activities in the territory
