We are looking for a highly skilled Territory Sales Supervisor to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our China Market team, you will be responsible for providing oversight on retail sales and driving sales growth across all China sending countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to agents to achieve sales targets.
- Analyse transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including ex-pat communities and local businesses.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
