About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to lead our retail and sales strategy. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing budgets, achieving targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective retail and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage budgets and consistently achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Management will be advantageous.
  • A proven track record in Retail and Sales strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of Managing budgets | Consistently achieving targets.
  • A valid Driver's License and own Transport required.
  • Contactable references and payslips required.
