About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to lead our retail and sales strategy. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing budgets, achieving targets, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective retail and sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage budgets and consistently achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Management will be advantageous.
- A proven track record in Retail and Sales strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Managing budgets | Consistently achieving targets.
- A valid Driver's License and own Transport required.
- Contactable references and payslips required.
