Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Profile Personnel. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue potential new clients and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Develop and execute proposals that meet client objectives and budgets
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CAD software proficiency
The successful candidate can expect a salary of R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical aid, retirement funding, and annual bonuses.
