About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Profile Personnel. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue potential new clients and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  • Develop and execute proposals that meet client objectives and budgets
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • CAD software proficiency
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical aid, retirement funding, and annual bonuses.
