About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Talentfinder (Advtech). As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Source and attract top talent in various industries to meet our clients' recruitment needs.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related field with good academic credentials.
  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience with a proven track record of achievements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for sales and recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
