At Stafflink Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pretoria.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing and selling our company's hardware, tool products, and services to customers, while achieving agreed sales volumes and gross profit targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  3. Staying up-to-date with competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and goals.
  5. Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate it effectively to customers.
  • A persuasive and consultative approach to sales.
  • Self-confidence and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
