We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at Health Window. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting how our software solutions can fulfill those needs.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients
  • Become a subject matter expert on our software platforms, staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients


Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in software platform sales to large corporate companies. The ideal candidate will have:




  • University degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in software platform sales to large corporate companies (preferably in retail)
  • Experience/knowledge of CRM systems, ERP systems, e-commerce systems, and SAP Hybris is beneficial
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
