Empire Recruitment is seeking an experienced leader to head our customer experience efforts. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of how to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role

The Experience Director, Customer Delight will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience across all touchpoints. This includes developing strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience Strategy: Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Touchpoint Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer experience initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a marketing or customer strategy role, preferably in the Telco/ eCommerce industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
