Sales Manager - Luxury Safari Travel

The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our Luxury Safari Travel division. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and foster a culture of excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management in a B2C luxury travel environment.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with sales CRM systems and travel industry software.
Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a B2C luxury travel environment. Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
