Technical Help Desk Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Network Support Technician to join our team at Halfway Group.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of their computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain Client Servers and Desktop Machines
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Assist with 1st and 2nd Line Support, attend to alarms created within the Managed Services Platform, log and resolve support cases, perform daily client backup monitoring and troubleshooting, create and maintain site documentation, and provide monthly reports
- Administer Active Directory and HyperV/VM environments
- Maturity is essential
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science and/or Information Technology
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and networking systems
