Help Desk Manager

We are seeking a Help Desk Manager to join our team at Happy Elephant. As a Help Desk Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the help desk team, ensuring that technical support services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the help desk team, including recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve help desk efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze help desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with technical support services.
- English fluency and local language proficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support role, including leadership and management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
