Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Maneshez Solutions Services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and provide them with refreshments.
- Prepare, record, and file documents efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, databases, and inventories.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with clients and employees, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sort and forward incoming mail and emails, preparing and sending outgoing mail as required.
- Book and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring that refreshments are available for guests.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations as needed.
- Coordinate office activities, disseminating relevant information to staff members.
