We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Maneshez Solutions Services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and provide them with refreshments.
  • Prepare, record, and file documents efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, databases, and inventories.
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and employees, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sort and forward incoming mail and emails, preparing and sending outgoing mail as required.
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring that refreshments are available for guests.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations as needed.
  • Coordinate office activities, disseminating relevant information to staff members.
