**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Professional to join our team at Top Talent Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.
**About the Role:
- Contact with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to discuss commercial opportunities.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales by identifying areas of growth and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with key stakeholders.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Develop goals for the Sales team and business growth, ensuring they are met through effective planning and execution.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales.
**Requirements:

- Proven ability to negotiate to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy to drive growth and improvement.
- Conflict resolution skills to manage challenging situations and resolve disputes.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Current driver's license to facilitate travel and client meetings.
- Demonstrated level of motivation, productivity, and safety to maintain a positive work environment.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy to effectively communicate and analyze data.
- Knowledge of workshop procedures and automotive repairs to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Knowledge of the diverse range of plant, equipment, and associated aspects applicable to workshop operations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
**Estimated Salary:** R 600,000 - R 800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Location:** Middelburg Mpumalanga, with regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
**Benefits:** Company vehicle, fuel budget, cellphone, provident fund, and other benefits as negotiated.
