Strategic Business Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Developer to drive growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing business relationships and identify opportunities for expansion
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new core business and maximize market share
- Negotiate prices and contracts to achieve agreed targets
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal divisions to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor market trends and activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Extended knowledge of computers and MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities
Education:
- MATRIC
- A relevant qualification to the position
Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
