Customer Service and Sales Representative

Our client is a leading provider of multichannel customer support services, operating from strategically located centres in Fiji, South Africa, and Peru, as well as through work-from-home colleagues in Namibia. As an international, award-winning contact centre, they prioritize building strong relationships with their clients and their staff. Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Location: Eastern Cape, South Africa
Workplace: Fully Remote
Training: Initial training will be conducted in-office for the first 15 weeks (Waterfront).
Working hours: 40 hours per week, with 8-9 hour shifts per day, including rotational shifts on Mondays to Sundays, and public holidays as operationally required. Working hours will be communicated 2 weeks in advance.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Spanish language (verbal and written)
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (no wireless connections accepted)
- UPS solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training duration: 4 weeks (fully paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
Responsibilities
- Work with a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations, using Spanish and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Spanish, including written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
- Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment
