We are seeking a leader with excellent communication skills to fill the position of Grocery Department Lead at Pick 'n Pay.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of grocery department staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

- Monitor and control losses due to shrinkage, waste, and damage.
- Implement sales promotions and visual merchandising displays.
