Service Department Lead

A highly motivated Service Department Manager is required to lead our service departments in the Northern Suburbs - Cape Town. As part of the Spar Group Limited team, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve departmental targets, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. A Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent qualification and relevant industry experience are essential.
