Customer Success Associate

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth through strategic research and engagement with small to mid-sized companies, as well as corporate 500 companies.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research to identify potential hiring partners, leveraging tracking tools to stay ahead of the competition.
- Engage with industry partners via cold calling and email tactics, showcasing your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Analyze market trends and job descriptions to understand industry needs and tailor our approach accordingly.
- Promote our program and students' demographics to prospective clients, highlighting the value we bring to their businesses.
You'll be a self-starter with a proven track record of client satisfaction, possessing excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Your ability to connect with people, energize them, and push forward even in challenging situations is essential.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience or sales background.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
