Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and training new customers, setting up relevant meetings and follow-ups to ensure a successful rollout.
  • Establishing trusted and strategic advisor relationships with customers to drive the continued value of our product.
  • Managing, building, and strengthening customer relationships throughout their entire lifecycle, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell new features, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma, and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex processes into practical steps.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work across multiple departments and prioritize tasks effectively.
