Customer Success Professional

The Customer Success Specialist role at JOBJACK is a dynamic position that requires a unique blend of skills and expertise. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between sales and customer management, ensuring the continued value of our product to our customers.
ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset. Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding and training new customers, setting up relevant meetings and follow-ups to ensure a successful rollout.
- Establishing trusted and strategic advisor relationships with customers to drive the continued value of our product.
- Managing, building, and strengthening customer relationships throughout their entire lifecycle, providing exceptional support and guidance.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell new features, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma, and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex processes into practical steps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work across multiple departments and prioritize tasks effectively.
