Job Title: Customer Success Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Success Expert to join our team at Emporium. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and ensuring optimal adoption of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and foster strong client relationships to understand their business needs and ensure successful implementation of our software.
  • Manage data migration from clients' previous solutions to ensure seamless transition.
  • Design and deliver online training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of our software.
  • Conduct regular client usage audits and consultation sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide timely support to clients through configuration, guidance, and advice as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and minimize churn through proactive consultations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience through product design and development.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or online training in the software industry.
  • A track record in property management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build new relationships easily.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savviness is essential.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of R18 000 to R23 000 per month, commensurate with experience.
