Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Internal Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with large manufacturing companies and working closely with external sales teams and senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts with large manufacturing companies, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Quote prospective customers across all product ranges, providing product information and assistance with quotes and pricing.
  • Process orders on our ERP system, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery and collection of products.
  • Monitor stock levels to meet customer needs, assisting with quotes and monthly pricing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, stock availability, and pricing.
  • Solve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, including account queries.
  • Keep external sales teams informed of any developments relevant to their accounts.
Requirements
  • A minimum matric is essential.
  • Previous experience in internal sales or customer services, dealing with customers daily, is required.
  • Experience in the chemical distribution industry, distributing products to manufacturers, is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels are mandatory.
  • Sales and service orientation, along with good planning and execution skills, are essential.
  • Previous experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
  • Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required.
