We are currently seeking a highly motivated Key Account Development Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, achieving sales quotas and goals, and presenting and promoting products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth through strategic account planning, relationship building, and effective sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Presentation and Promotion: Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers using compelling arguments and presentations.
- Account Planning: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and goals.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
Requirements:- Tertiary Qualification: A related tertiary qualification is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in sales is required.
- Customer Service: A commitment to excellent customer service is essential.
- MS Office: Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
- CRM Practices: Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive business professional relationships are necessary.
- Selling and Communication Skills: Excellent selling and communication skills are essential.
- Prioritizing, Time Management, and Organizational Skills: Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills are required.
- Relationship Management Skills and Openness to Feedback: Relationship management skills and openness to feedback are necessary.
- Understanding of the Sales Process and Dynamics: An understanding of the sales process and dynamics is essential.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Superb Interpersonal Skills: Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers, are necessary.
- Sense of Commitment and Urgency: A sense of commitment and urgency when dealing with client queries is essential.
- IQ Retail Experience: IQ retail experience is beneficial.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
