Job Title: Pickup Point Partnership Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pickup Point Partnership Manager to join our team at Kontak Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding and managing a network of local pickup points in the informal trade sector, securing partnerships that enhance community access to discounted goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach local businesses to expand our pickup point network in key areas.
  • Negotiate agreements with partners to secure beneficial partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure smooth and productive collaboration.
  • Monitor partner performance and gather data to enhance partnership quality.
  • Collect market insights and gather community feedback to refine our strategy.

Requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12.
  • 4 or more years in sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally in FMCG or informal trade.
  • Strong negotiation, outreach, and communication skills.
  • Motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car.
