Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Service Solutions in Denver. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through new business opportunities, customer relationships, and strategic partnerships.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with our sales team, customers, and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain and grow their business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, pitches, and proposals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A matric qualification and a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales and account management, preferably in a service industry.
- A valid Code 8 driver's license and a high level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel.
- SAP experience and knowledge of general business concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
