Business Development Manager

Capital Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in major organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Relevant degree or diploma in a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
