Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts within the adhesives and advanced specialty lubricants fields into the manufacturing and related industries on a national basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new business and managing key accounts
- Developing marketing and business strategies
- Implementing key account plans and strategies
- Managing and delivering on technical queries
- Monitoring market developments
- Building up market and competition knowledge
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in chemistry or related field
- Previous experience in the adhesives or silicone or high value lubricant or related industry
- Previous experience in a technically demanding applications role within the adhesive industry
- Previous application knowledge with PU, epoxy and silicone technologies
- Experience with dispensing technologies
- Market knowledge across the South African market and neighbouring countries
