Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team at Forex World. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
- Grow business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
- Identify new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Attend networking events to attract and retain clients.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
- Maintain and update sales, marketing and business development documentation.
- Assist with marketing and promotional projects.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals.
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field.
- Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to sell value and create credibility.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Applicant must be presentable, well groomed, neat in appearance with excellent manners and corporate etiquette.
- Deadline driven and be able to manage the workflow without supervision.
