Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Dananda Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the ICT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
