Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our team at Recruitment Solutions.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and host workshops and events, including garden-based events, to showcase the diversity and beauty of our farm garden.
  • Develop and plan workshops with diverse specialists and presenters, and write informative blurbs for the website.
  • Administer and budget every workshop, and address customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Market our brand and iconic products to international and local specialists and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality, events, or events coordination.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in organizing events and/or workshops.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to interface with people of all levels.
  • Valid driver's license, and a curiosity to learn and show an interest in a wide range of topics.

Responsibilities:
