Hospitality Business Developer

Time Personnel is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing existing relationships with clients in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services.
- You will also be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions and update our CRM system accordingly.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience in the hospitality industry is essential for this role.
- You must have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of what drives customer behavior and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a regular basis.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
