We are seeking a seasoned Executive Hospitality Manager to lead our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:
  • This is a live-out position requiring a candidate who can manage their time effectively and work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the standards, service, quality, and efficiency of our restaurant, as well as liaising between front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams where needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality food and beverage services.
  2. Liaise with FOH and BOH teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  3. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock control, and equipment maintenance.
  4. Motivate and mentor diverse teams to drive employee engagement and retention.
  5. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Grade 12: A minimum qualification required for this role.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Hospitality/Tourism or related field: Essential for managing hospitality operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience working in luxury hotels/lodges: Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English: Effective communication is crucial for success in this role.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport: Must be able to travel to different locations efficiently.
  • Sound staff management abilities: Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage diverse teams.
  • Computer literacy: Proficient in using technology to manage operations and improve efficiency.
