Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Time Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales tactics
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and site visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
