We are seeking a skilled Logistics Management Professional to join our team at Frank Consult. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our administrative team and driving financial management excellence.
Main Duties:
- Financial Oversight: Oversee and manage all financial administration, including managing credit limits, banking activities, and financial reporting.
- Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing administrative team, focusing on staff development and performance improvement.
- Process Improvement: Analyse and improve office processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BCom degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in an administrative management role, with experience in the transport or logistics industry being highly beneficial.
- Strong financial management skills, including experience in managing credit limits and banking functions.
- Proficiency in Sage Pastel and Datatim is essential.
- Excellent team leadership and people management skills.
