Analyse tender requirements, complete and compile tender documents and supporting documents
- Take note down tender briefing session date, due dates, submission instruction and requirements
- Liaise with relevant sources (internally and externally) for information required for submissions
- Collaborate with the team to assist with the compilation of proposals and any other related required documents
- Ensure that all tender administrative tasks are completed timeously
- To ensure strict adherence to proposal submission deadlines, including review, binding, packaging and preparation of submitted documents.
- Binding, scanning and record keeping of completed tenders
- Search for accounting tender advertisement on various platforms
- Ensure all tender compliance documents are compliant and up to date
- Ensure timely liaison with stakeholders
- Respond to request for quotations
- Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time i.e. ad hoc duties
