- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- 3 - 5 yrs relevant administration experience within a similar role
- Computer Literacy - Pastel/Sage Evolution experience
- MS Excel Proficiency
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provides daily support to the sales team
- Processes sales orders
- Checks stock availability
- Liaises with the factory and other departments regarding lead times, progress updates
- Inter-company purchases
- Opening of accounts
- Invoicing
- Sales reports
- Progress reports
- Managing of stock - i.e. maintenance of stock files
- Stock control
- Related administration procedures, including stock related management practices
