Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies to support business transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement training programs, communication plans, and change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide insights for future improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation, organisational development, or change management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful change management projects, including process improvements, restructuring, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
