Job Overview

The role of Brand Executive at Sharon Nurock Recruitment c.c. is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive brand awareness, sales, and profit objectives.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to enhance the brand, customer experience, product offering, and brand loyalty. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, growing current customer sales targets, measuring and achieving brand objectives, and developing a brand strategy to roll out to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in sales and marketing. Furniture manufacturing/FMCG experience is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify consumer trends and develop strategies to improve brand awareness.
  • Implement activities to deliver a consistent customer experience, alternate market research channels, and innovation offerings to drive higher customer loyalty.
  • Manage the effectiveness of branding and customer loyalty programmes, product quality, design, and brand alignment.
  • Predict emerging market needs and conduct opposition activity surveillance.
