Enterprise Growth Strategist

Flink Recruitment seeks an Enterprise Growth Strategist to help drive business growth and expansion. This role requires an individual with significant experience in leadership positions within the IT sector, preferably with at least 10 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development and execution, with a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive role (Managing Director, CEO, COO or equivalent) is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in IT Management) is highly desirable.
This role involves developing and executing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders. As an Enterprise Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing revenue, and improving overall performance.
You will work effectively in a hybrid environment (50% remote, 50% on-site), and have high computer literacy. A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle are also required.
