Sales and Business Growth Manager

Role Overview:
Edge Executives is seeking a Sales and Business Growth Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical industry.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, contractors, engineers, and architects.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales leadership, preferably within the electrical or lighting industry
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, planning, and organizational abilities
- Personality: Self-driven, motivated, and a true 'go-getter'
