We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Sales Growth Strategist to join our team and help us scale to the next level.

Job Description

You will be responsible for leading efforts in maximizing revenue streams and driving business growth. This includes managing a pipeline of direct clients, nurturing strategic agency relationships, and developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.

You will work closely with our founders to build a scalable, high-performing sales function from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company and carve out a path to Head of Sales and an EXCO seat within two to three years.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 4-6 years in a direct sales role, preferably in OOH media, advertising, or a related industry.
  2. Relevant tertiary qualification.
  3. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage your time effectively.
  4. Results-Driven: A proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, meaningful relationships with clients.
  6. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of OOH and transit media, consumer engagement strategies, and marketing tactics.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRMs (Close, Monday.com), Microsoft 365, and common SaaS platforms for lead generation and sales operations.
  8. Growth-Oriented: A proactive thinker who can spot new opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet them.
