  • Monitor and adjust strategies to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of sales processes, from lead generation to closure.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the Lift Truck industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals.
Essential Skills:
  • Post-matric qualification backed by 5 years of sales experience.
  • Thorough understanding of forklifts and their sale within a designated territory.
  • Demonstrated success in a previous sales role, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Autoline/CRM system are highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region to engage with customers and stakeholders.
