Our client is a leader in transforming delivery motorbikes into mobile billboards that deliver more than just meals — they deliver results. Their innovative, hyper-targeted campaigns help brands reach their ideal audiences in ways traditional advertising cannot. They are growing fast, and they need a strategic, relationship-driven Revenue Growth Manager to help them scale to the next level.
As a Revenue Generation Manager, you will be tasked to lead efforts in maximizing revenue streams and driving business growth. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing a pipeline of direct clients and nurturing strategic agency relationships. You will also work closely with the founders to build a scalable, high-performing sales function from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company and carve out a path to Head of Sales and an EXCO seat within two to three years.

Requirements- Minimum of 4-6 years in a direct sales role, preferably in OOH media, advertising, or a related industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage your time effectively.
- Results-Driven: A proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, meaningful relationships with clients.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of OOH and transit media, consumer engagement strategies, and marketing tactics.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRMs (Close, Monday.com), Microsoft 365, and common SaaS platforms for lead generation and sales operations.
- Growth-Oriented: A proactive thinker who can spot new opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet them.
