We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Kelly Sinclair Recruitment Partners. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of sales and marketing experience, with a strong background in managing and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow current customer base by identifying revenue opportunities through new business development and securing new markets.
- Conceptualize and develop sales strategies to achieve brand objectives through accurate forecasting and market analysis.
- Collaborate and partner with current customers while seeking new ones to expand and grow the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulation and implementation of customer strategies once approved to achieve sales volumes, margins, and share targets at budgeted costs.
- Manage and ensure that all records are continually updated and maintain individual contact with key customers and management.
- Collaborate and partner with current customers while seeking new ones to expand and grow the business.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing.
- At least 6 years of sales and marketing experience.
- Furniture manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
