As a Human Resources Manager at Newrest, you will be responsible for leading the HR function to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.

  • Manage the recruitment process, including attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent.

  • Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and competencies of employees.

  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and performance.
    \t
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
    \t
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the HR department.
    \t
  • Manage the HR database and maintain accurate records of employee data.
    \t
  • Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
    \t
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
