We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and customer service. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • A Diploma in Administration or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and a passion for administrative work
