Job Summary

Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager(B2B) to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the electronic sales space. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve results

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the electronic sales space
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the electronic or fire protection or security technology or ICT industry
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, including account management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
